You’re probably already following Kino MacGregor on Instagram under @kinoyoga, she’s an inspiring Miami-based Ashtanga¬†teacher who leads Instagram yoga challenges, workshops around the world and hosts instructional yoga videos on Cody App. When she posted this green chia pudding, we had to give it a try. Of course we’ve had chia pudding in many different forms before, but this extra nutritional boost was too enticing not to create–and we’re glad we did! It’s delicious, full of healthy fats and fiber, and easy.¬†Here’s how you make it:

2 tbsp chia seeds
1 orange, juiced
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1-2 tbsp filtered water

1. Blend all ingredients together
2. Cover & store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before consumption
This recipe yields two servings, do not leave this chia pudding version overnight because the avocado will begin to brown*
