Breakfast is absolutely the most important meal of the day. It’s the first thing that helps your body and mind wake up for the 10+ hours ahead, kick-starting metabolism and cognitive function. These three breakfasts I whipped up with LEAFtv in the new Fit Kitchen series are targeted at refueling post-workout with minimal effort and ingredients. Full of healthy fats, carbs, protein and nutrients… in less than 5, 10 and 30 minutes! The best part is that any of these recipes are going to keep you full for at least 4 hours; say goodbye to the snack bowl in the office kitchen! Avocado Baked Eggs

1 avocado
2 eggs
Diced tomatoes
1/2 garlic clove, minced
Coarse salt
Red pepper flakes

1. Halve 1 avocado, place upright in oven safe container
2. Pour 1 egg into each half
3. Add tomatoes, garlic, salt & red pepper flakes
4. Bake at 450 for 20 mins (less time for runnier yolk)

Pumped Up Almond Butter Toast

1 slice whole wheat bread
2 tbsp almond butter
Raw honey
Bee pollen
Hemp seeds

1. Toast whole wheat bread
2. Spread almond butter
3. Drizzle raw honey, sprinkle bee pollen & hemp seeds

Energizing Maca Oatmeal

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp goji berries (+ more to top)
2 tsp maca powder
1 tsp coconut oil
Chia seeds, to top
Banana slices, to top

1. Heat rolled oats & almond milk over medium heat for 6-8 mins
2. Once simmering, add goji berries
3. Off heat, add maca and coconut oil
4. Top with chia seeds, banana slices & goji berries
