This one-stop smoothie has everything you need for an amazing start to your morning. Nutritionally, it’s got healthy fats from the almond milk and avocado, probiotic from the coconut yogurt, a great dose of greens and punch of flavor. It takes a few minutes to whip up (minimal prep) and will keep you full for quite a few hours. Watch the instructional video below I made with LEAFtv for the new Fit Kitchen series.

Ingredients:
1 cup baby kale or spinach
1/4 avocado, chopped
2/3 basil leaves
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1/4 banana, sliced (optional: use frozen)
1 cup almond milk (+ more to thin)

Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender
2. Taste for preferred flavor & consistency (sweeter, thinner)
3. ENJOY!
